“One of the best, if not the best hotel in terms of esthetics, privacy and customer service I have experienced. I had the bungalow with my own private pool. The Num restaurant served fresh delicious balanced meals(kind of pricy tho). Breakfast was amazing, filling and included in your stay. The staff always had a smile and were eager to help when in need. “Poas Volcano Lodge was amazing!!We stayed there for two nights and their hospitality was great!Their staff is extremely dedicated and focused on making your stay a memorable one. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and suggesting you right activities for you depending on the weather conditions. “The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. ”
